A practical eSIM plan for 14 days in Göreme

Turkey eSIM plans

Start with the validity window

A 14-day trip is longer than the 7-day validity of the 1 GB plan. Even if 1 GB is enough for your first week, you may need a second plan for the remaining days.

The 3 GB plan is valid for 15 days, giving it an extra day beyond a two-week stay. That makes it a simpler option when you want one plan to remain active throughout your time in Göreme.

Estimate data before choosing a second plan

As a daily planning guide, allow around 150 MB for light use, 400 MB for regular use, or 1,000 MB for heavier use. Over 14 days, those estimates come to roughly 2.1 GB, 5.6 GB, and 14 GB.

If your use may exceed 3 GB, consider a 30-day option instead: 5 GB is available on Vodafone 5G only, while 10 GB and 20 GB have 30-day validity. A second plan can be useful if you begin with 1 GB or use your data faster than expected.

Prepare for arrival and indoor signal differences

Göreme is a base town in Cappadocia served by Nevşehir Kapadokya (NAV) and Kayseri Erkilet (ASR). Download offline maps before going out, and confirm shuttle pickup details with your accommodation.

Coverage varies by place and building, and cave hotels can have weaker indoor signal. Vodafone 5G and Türk Telekom 5G are supplier-listed networks, not a coverage guarantee. Turkey is outside the EU/EEA, so travellers should also check their own operator's tariff.

Choose data for 14 days

Estimate your data use for maps, messages and video, then choose your Turkey plan. Actual usage depends on your apps and Wi-Fi availability.

• Light use (150 MB a day, about 2.1 GB in total): 3 GB Turkey, €3.99, 3 GB for 15 days.
• Moderate use (400 MB a day, about 5.6 GB in total): 10 GB Turkey, €9.99, 10 GB for 30 days.
• Heavy use (1000 MB a day, about 14 GB in total): 20 GB Turkey, €22.99, 20 GB for 30 days.
