A 7-Day Antalya Itinerary With Enough eSIM Data
A week in Antalya calls for a simple data plan: enough for everyday essentials, without assuming that 1 GB will cover every type of use. Activate your eSIM at Antalya Airport (AYT), in Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, before leaving the terminal so ride apps and hotel messages work immediately.

Start connected at Antalya Airport
Install and activate the eSIM while you are still at AYT. Having data ready before you leave Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 makes it easier to handle ride apps and hotel messages from the start.
For a week that includes time around Kaleiçi, Lara and Konyaaltı, keep the first day light on data while you settle in. Save larger uploads, video and app updates for Wi-Fi when possible.
How 1 GB can stretch across seven days
The 1 GB plan is valid for 7 days. Spread evenly across the trip, that is a little under 150 MB per day, so it is suited to careful use rather than a high-data itinerary.
Use 150 MB a day as a light-use planning point, 400 MB a day for more regular map, messaging and browsing use, and 1000 MB a day for heavier use. At 150 MB daily, 1 GB does not quite cover seven full days; at 400 MB or 1000 MB daily, it can run out much sooner.
If the plan runs out before day seven, buy another data plan rather than relying on the remaining validity period. The 7-day clock tells you how long the 1 GB plan is available, not that it provides a fixed amount of data each day.
Choose a plan for your actual week
For a short, careful trip, 1 GB for 7 days is the closest fit. If you expect to use more data across the week, Volt Mobile also lists 3 GB for 15 days, 5 GB for 30 days on Vodafone 5G only, 10 GB for 30 days and 20 GB for 30 days.
The supplier listing includes Vodafone 5G and Türk Telekom 5G, but this is not a coverage guarantee. coverage varies by place and building.
Turkey is outside the EU/EEA, so travellers should check their own operator's tariff before depending on their home SIM for data.
Choose data for 7 days
Estimate your data use for maps, messages and video, then choose your Turkey plan. Actual usage depends on your apps and Wi-Fi availability.
- Light use (150 MB a day, about 1.05 GB in total): 3 GB Turkey, €3.99, 3 GB for 15 days.
- Moderate use (400 MB a day, about 2.8 GB in total): 3 GB Turkey, €3.99, 3 GB for 15 days.
- Heavy use (1000 MB a day, about 7 GB in total): 10 GB Turkey, €9.99, 10 GB for 30 days.
Networks and device compatibility
Plan details updated 2026-10-17. Vodafone 5G and Türk Telekom 5G are listed for Turkey plans; 5 GB supports Vodafone 5G only. Reception and speeds vary by location and device. All plans are data only, with no Turkish phone number. Check compatibility before purchase.
